Master Butoh Artist Katsura Kan at CSUSM Feb. 15
Internationally known Master Butoh artist Katsura Kan will appear with students in a riveting performance Friday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. at California State University San Marcos, Arts Building, Room 111. Public is invited and admission is free.
Butoh is a revolutionary dance which emerged from Post-WWII Japan and described by Kan as the “surrealism of the flesh”. This event is part of the Spring Arts & Lecture Series.
