On Monday, April 28, the University Events Scheduling Office will begin accepting requests for fall 2008 and spring 2009.
Reservations for fall 2008 must occur between Aug. 25 and Dec. 31, 2008.
Campus is closed on the following dates:
Sep. 1 — Labor Day
Nov. 11 — Veteran's Day
Nov. 27-29 — Thanksgiving
Dec. 8-13 — Finals week (no classrooms or computer labs available)
Dec. 25-31 — Christmas (tentative)
No classrooms or computer labs are available for scheduling of events/meetings until after the third week of academic classes.
Reservations for Spring 2009 must occur between Jan. 1 and May 29, 2009.
Campus is closed on the following dates:
Jan. 19 — Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Mar. 31 — Cesar Chavez Day
May 9-15— Finals Week (no classrooms or computer labs available)
No classrooms or computer labs are available for scheduling of events/meetings until after the third week of academic classes.
