Cal State San Marcos’s Tutor Connection Program, an outstanding service learning project, has been selected as one of three finalists for the prestigious Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Foundation, Carter Partnership Award-National 2008. The award will be presented by President and Mrs. Carter at the National Conference for Volunteering and Service in Atlanta, Georgia on June 3, 2008.
